(Removed from Twitter)
Name: Elowyn Baxter Joan
Age: 32 years, when the world ended.
Former Occupation: Actress/ Model.
Face Claim: Rachel McAdams.
Status: Alive and well.
Relationship Status: Widowed.
Family: As a child, Elowyn was constantly ignored by her parents. No matter their wealth, she was always unhappy.. Wanting only them. When Elowyn was ten, her younger brother, Chase Baxter drowned in their family pool. Her parents were out at the time, and not knowing what to do, Elowyn just stood there, screaming for the neighbors. They were to late. After she left home, Elowyn started acting and modeling. Through this career, she met her late husband Jonathen Joan. Together they had a daughter named Jenna. Jenna was later killed by zombies outside of Atlanta.
-Mental: Soon after losing her daughter, she wasn't sure how to go on. Elowyn kept hallucinating, chasing her daughter in the woods.. Her mind was slowly deteriorating, dying from grief. It seems it was the only way to comfort the strange woman, seeing her daughter alive even when she wasn't.
-Description: Elowyn has shoulder-length curly dark brown hair. She'd chopped it short when the world ended, finding it more easier to manage. Her dark blue eyes were always hard to miss. Being a model, she was tall and had a flat stomach. Although, without eating in recent times, she'd become thinner. Her bones poking out from behind her skin. No matter what, the woman was still as striking as ever. Attracting more than just dead people..
-Weapons: Elowyn carried a thin sword she'd found. In her acting experiences, she had short training with one.
-BIO: Elowyn was a lonely child. After living with her neglectful parents for over 17 years, she ran away from her boyfriend. They moved to Mackinac Island, in Michigan. There they started a new life together, having a daughter named Jenna. When reports started coming in, the small family decided Atlanta was the safest place for them. Clearly, they were wrong. After things got bad in Atlanta, they left in a hurry to exit the city. Jon was killed in the crowd. Not having time to mourn the loss of her husband, Elowyn escaped with Jenna, living in the forest near the ruined city. Following those distasteful events, Jenna was attacked and bitten. Now, Elowyn roams the forest alone, looking for someone to feel sorry for her.

Losing Jenna
A cold tear rolled down my cheek as I thrust my sword into the head of the last zombie. A tear filled with anguish, pain, fear.. I hadn't been bit, surprisingly. We were walking through the woods, my daughter Jenna and I. They attacked. Nearly ten of them. Jenna wasn't very good with a gun, being only eight years old.
I quickly wiped it away. I had to be strong. For Jenna. Showing signs of weakness to her, it would break her. If I wasn't strong, she wouldn't have hope. I had to protect her. To take care of her, never let harm come to her.
As the hideous monster dropped to the ground, i realized that I had failed. She slowly approached me, tears pouring from her eyes. My husband's final words to me, as he was torn apart, popped into my head. /Take care of Jenna. Don't worry about me. Keep her safe/. I failed him. I failed her. I failed myself.
"M-Mommy, am I going to turn into one of th-them?" Jenna asked, so calmly. She was horrified. Blood dripping down her arm from the bite, soaking the ground around her feet. The tears had stopped now. She was obviously in shock from the blood loss.
I looked at my daughter. The life pouring out of her. I shook my head, not knowing what to say. How would I deal with this? Questions flooded through my mind. Am I going to have to /shoot/ my /own/ daughter? How could I let her rise as one of them?
She fell to the ground, creating a small crunch as her body hit the leaves. Watching her do so, I dropped to my knees, crawling pathetically over to her. I turned her body over, holding her in my arms. Sobbing quietly. Memories skipped through my mind from Jenna's childhood.. I thought of her laughing, and being happy. All of the good years.
I sat on the ground with her, gently rocking her. I stared into her eyes, trying not to look at the bite on her arm.
"No, you're not, baby.." I cried, trying to comfort her. Nothing would have worked. No matter how I tried, nothing could stop this. There was no way I could save her. No way I could help her through this. It was to late.
"I-I love y-you." She whispered her final words. Her heart began beating less frequently now. It was my fault. I should have hid her in a tree or something.. I killed her.
Her eyes began drooping, her breaths slowing. Life streaming out of her body, only to be awoken once again. As one of them. I couldn't let that happen to her. I would never forgive myself. I had to do what was right. No matter how wrong it seemed.
I sat with her in her final moments. Holding her hand, stroking her hair. Anything to help her through this. All she did was look at me. I guess there was nothing she could do.. I could feel my being slowly disappear. My reason for living, gone.
"I love you too, my sweet girl." I whispered to her, kissing her on the forehead one last time.
She suddenly gasped, losing her breath. And then,
her heart stopped.

A Dream, Or A Nightmare?
The little girl's long brown hair trails behind her as she playfully runs through the woods. I laughed, chasing her. I couldn't help but feel proud of my own daughter. She was growing up so quickly, already becoming so beautiful. We were outside our home, on Mackinac Island, Michigan. We had moved here when she was a baby, from California.
"Slow down, Jenna!" I shouted to her, gaining speed. She was pretty fast or maybe, I was just out of shape. The thought made me laugh. Me, out of shape?
Supermodels aren't allowed to be out of shape. Never mind that, I was on a mission. To catch my daughter.
She suddenly disappeared from my vision. I stopped suddenly, breathing heavily. Where might she have gone? Where could she have gone.. My mind was flooded with questions. Jenna was just there, ahead of me. But now, she's.. Gone.. A cold wind blew, causing me to shiver. What if she was lost? She couldn't manage the cold night with what she was wearing.
"Jenna? Baby, where are you?" I frantically yelled, looking around quickly. The forest grew dark, the trees around me, their own appearance of evil. I could feel the wind picking up, sending shivers down my spine. Now I was worried.
"Mommy, where are you?" Jenna called out. Her voice has never sounded so wicked, so vile... I turned around, depending on my ears to identify the location of my daughter. Once I was completely looking in the opposite direction, I saw her. Standing behind a tree, looking back at me.
"There you are. Come on, let's go home now.." I said, with a sigh of relief. As I was walking to her, lightning flashed, nearly blinding me. "Jenna!" I screamed, to make sure she was alright. There was no answer. When my vision was restored, my pupils re-adjusted to the dark. Jenna was gone again. Could my eyes be deceiving me? She was just there.. "Sweetie..?" I called out, growing more afraid by the minute. Maybe it just scared her..
"Mommy.." She whispered, sounding more evil than ever. I felt a chilling tap on my shoulder. Knowing it had to be her, I slowly turned to face her. What I saw next, was completely unexpected.
Her eyes were a clutter. Hardly one color. Her hair was knotted, as if she'd slept on it or snagged it through a thorn bush. Looking down her face, I gasped. Half of her left cheek was gone.. Torn off by some sort of savage.. Putrid, rotten blood was dried around the wound, smelling worse than anything. But that wasn't all. The left half of her jaw was hanging loose. The small teeth inside her mouth were all hanging down, causing more of the disturbing blood to pour out.
"Who are you?!" I screamed, backing away in fear. This wasn't my daughter. Not my Jenna.. I watched in disgust as the creature slowly stumbled, approaching me.
"I'm Jenna. You're my mommy.. Remember?" The creature moaned, moving closer. At this point, I didn't know what to do. I continued backing up. Until, a tree root stopped me. I fell to the ground, screaming out in pain.
"Baby.. No.." I managed to whisper as she lunged at me, sinking her upper teeth into my arm.
...
"JENNA! NO!" I screamed, waking up quickly. After realizing it was just a dream, I hurriedly hushed myself. Jenna has been gone for a while now. I guess I will never forget about my little girl. My mind kept re-materializing her, giving me nightmares of alternate deaths for her.
I silently got up, looking out the window of the small house I'd chosen to stay in. I hoped for my life that I hadn't screamed loudly. Sound would attract them.

Ginger's notes
Ever since I started on twitter with a Judith parody account, I fell in love with the amount of original characters I saw. After joining The Walking Dead role play with a Beth, (Formerly @CarloLoverXO) I decided to make Elowyn. She was my very first original character and, I love her. Currently, she is mated with a man named Seth, and they are surviving together. I had her removed for a while, because I was upset. But now, she's back and better than ever!
